Analysis

PEST analysis (an acronym for Political, Economic, Social and Technological) focusses on the bigger picture, whilst SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) considers both internal and external factors that you need to be aware of. Examining these factors will enable us to identify and communicate your unique selling proposition (USP) to help guide your marketing decisions.

Positioning
